I started CrossFit in 2018 looking for a way to stay active and challenge myself, and I quickly found much more than just a workout. What hooked me initially was the constantly varied nature of the methodology but the community is what kept me around.
As a coach, my favorite part is watching members progress through the programming—mastering the fundamentals, gaining confidence, and hitting milestones they once thought were out of reach. CrossFit doesn’t just make you fitter in the gym; it carries over into everyday life and the activities you love.
